Your data

Open Privacy & data from the reset screen to read the storage boundaries and export account data. What tends to help lets signed-in users inspect, edit, disable, or delete approved memory and its sources; Saved threads can be deleted before their 30-day limit. Consent withdrawal and full account deletion remain available in account controls. Everything is described in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting an intrusive experience

You can report that Sera felt intrusive or encouraged dependency from the product without putting free-form complaint text into product analytics. For details you want a person to read, email support; do not include more sensitive conversation content than is necessary.

Subscriptions

Manage subscription by email. Stripe verifies your billing email. This works without a Sera login, including after account deletion.

Manage or cancel from Privacy & data → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid or trial period. Deleting your Sera account does not cancel the subscription, you can also cancel after deleting it using the independent Stripe login below.
